Out-of-town buyers rely on their realtors, perhaps more than other clients. They only know the area so well, sometimes not at all. This is particularly true in as sprawling a market as the Tampa Bay area, with disparate neighborhoods going from the bustling of downtown Tampa to the chill beach life of St Petersburg Beach. We were those out-of-town buyers, and we could not have received better and friendlier service than we did from Lynda and Pete. They blocked two days of their time to show us everything we could ever want to see, all the possibilities. We will forever be impressed by how smoothly they lined up endless showings for our benefit. When we found the right place for us, it was, in essence, for sale by owners. Lynda and Pete ended up doing twice the work. It’s not like they were going to be paid more as a result, but they did it, did it well, with no complaint and always with a smile. You will not find more competent or dedicated realtors in Tampa/St Pete.

About Peter Wacelitz
Peter is a Tampa native who came in to the real estate business in 1999. His career started working for Chase bank as a loan officer, then working as a Title Examiner, and lastly before becoming a realtor- worked as an outside sales consultant for a prominent real estate advertising company.
