Security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however, standard security deposit equals 1 month's rent. The following list of documents are required from all applicants: credit score, background report, photo ID, 3 months of paystubs (or previous tax returns for self-employed), 2 previous rental verifications, current employment verification, and 2 months bank statement. Owners pay HOA fees. Residents/tenants pay for all utilities including trash, sewer, water, and lawn maintenance. All residents/tenants must have or secure renters' insurance before moving in.
